The Bank's Treasury Marketing Unit (TMU) was established in 2003. Its main role is directed towards the specific business needs of companies and organizations, for whom it designs tailor-made foreign exchange or interest rate-related derivative products to match the clients’ requirements. The TMU therefore provides a comprehensive service allowing clients to avoid risk in its treasury and financial operations or to assist in their financial planning, and raises the profile of the entire Bank by offering clients a superior service. The Treasury group TMU maintains very close cross-departmental relationships with all the various business and financial management businesses so as to be able to respond immediately to the new needs of our clients.

Channels for client complaints
If after trading in derivatives with the Bank a client has any dispute, he should complain to the head of the unit with which he/she originally traded so as to seek a resolution. If the original unit head does not solve the problem or if it is not solved to the client's satisfaction, the client should take his complaint directly to the head of the department who oversees the unit in question.
